Through our deep market relationships with agents and vendors, we are regularly approached with pre-market opportunities. Our ability to source, evaluate and execute complex transactions within a short timeframe is valued by vendors in mid-market assets and provides pre-market access along with a strong price negotiation position.

We are governed by the principles of institutional property management but with the flexibility and versatility of a private investor. Our management team have strong corporate experience and understand the importance of robust and transparent corporate governance and risk management.
