CMF were appointed marketing agents for the sale of the remaining units in this industrial complex. The Purchaser had purchased the remaining 23 units at the 41 unit complex in one line from a receiver. They had sold eight units in eight months since purchasing the site but only one of those had been in the previous six months.

CMF was appointed to provide marketing and sales advice in relation to the complex. Much the same as we had implemented at the project in Somersby before we completely redesigned the marketing campaign and again appointed three local agents to deal with enquiry.

In ten months we successfully secured sales on the remaining 15 units.
