On the 27th January 2020, Heath has a significant career milestone entering his 25th year in Real Estate in the city. Years of dedication and training have seen Heath consistently sits as Cessnock’s number one agent year after year. This year Baird Real Estate was awarded ‘Agency of the Year’ by an independent ratings source.

Heath has created many sales records in residential and farm sales, many still current. Heaths street records are too many to count!

Heath leads a team of 10 individuals and plays a strong role in property management, commercial sales and leasing passing on his extensive knowledge to all involved at the agency.

Apart from success in real estate, Heath has designed and constructed two buildings in 2009 and 2013 which both received Master Buildings and House Industry Association Awards for Design and Construction.
